creativity...

so...

today i was able to write a quiet time on God's creativity... amazing subject, it made me really think and truly be thankful for imagination and the unique ideas that come from it. creativity is defined as: the ability to transcend traditional ideas, rules, patterns, relationships, or the like, and to create meaningful new ideas, forms, methods, interpretations, etc.; originality, progressiveness, or imagination.

before today i never really sat down and though about the fact that God had to be creative in order to create the world... His imagination is utterly breath-taking- He came up with things like blueberries, manatees, wood, water, mountains, daffodils, stars, starfish.... when you sit down and think about it... it will certainly baffle you. so take time out today or tomorrow and thank God for your favorite creations... i learned today that i have an endless amount of things to be thankful for... some things i haven't even experienced yet...
