so... today was an absolutely beautiful day here at Ridgecrest, like really so nice. so yeah totally thankful for the fact that winter has hopefully left us, and that sunshine will become a common joy shared.
i went running today- for the first time in a long time, and man it's not that easy to get back in the groove, but i forgot how good it can be to just clear your mind and focus on your next step- especially when trying to truck it up that hill beside the conference center. i think it's so important to do that with everything in life ya know... there's that saying, "don't worry about what tomorrow might bring..." and that's so true. i wonder how awesome a witness we could be if a person literally focused on making each part of their day focused/praising God... it's totally easier said than done, but definitely making sure He's the main focal part of the day is a start
