so... another one of my tasks for my job would be to write the quiet time guides for the younger villages and lower tribes... today i started it- now by no means is this in my comfort zone... i mean really yes i've led plenty of devos, but they have all come from other peoples ideas that i've just adapted for my own use... this however is pulling from my own imagination based on verses that have been picked out- kind of a little overwhelming but i've found that if you just breath and think God provides ideas and the words to write...
today's verse/this year's theme verse is 1 Corinthians 13:12... it's all about being fully known by God- i mean really how cool is that God knows everything about us... He knows the thoughts we think, our favorite flowers to smell, our favorite type of weather... He even knows that I love sleeping in my hammock bare-foot on sun-shiney yet breezy evening more than anything else... it's crazy that not only does He know that about me, but He knows that about each and every person in the world... talk about a memory...
it only seems right that i should strive daily to know more about the One who knows so much about me and loves me more than i could fathom... how well do you Him? think about it...
